Fender Classic Player Jaguar Special (modified) with Rosewood Fretboard 2009 - 2017 - Shell Pink

This Fender Classic Player Jaguar Special  in Shell Pink is a modern take on a classic design that has been modified with different pickups (railhammer humcutter's), and has also had it's finish altered (was originally olympic white) as well as had some electronics modifications. Also includes the hardshell case. This one dates to 2016 from fender serial lookup. 

This guitar features a sleek double-cutaway body made of alder wood, and has been re-finished in a glossy Shell pink (with matching headstock). The neck is made of maple and features a comfortable "C" shape profile and a smooth rosewood fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets.

The guitar is equipped with two powerful railhammer humcutters that deliver cripsp rounded tones to sharp, biting highs. The controls include a master volume and tone knob. One note is that the upper controls have been re-wired  to work differently in this model vs the original jaguar special (or jazzmaster) wiring. The top switch has been turn into the pickup selector (up neck, down bridge). The pickup selector is now ( kill switch , nothing , hi/low cut tone switch). The rhythm switch wheel controls are  volume and what feels like another tone adjustment know when using the neck pickup. 

Other features on this guitar include a vintage-style synchronized tremolo bridge for classic Fender vibrato, Fender vintage tuning machines, and chrome hardware. There are a few minor blemishes of note. There are cracks in both of the neck pockets (pictured) as well as a blemish in the clearcoat headstock re-finish (pictured). Overall this guitar sounds and plays great -- the pickups and controls are really unique in this one. This model also has a .5 shim for action/tension adjustment. Setup with 9's and plays and sounds great. Can put 10's on if requested prior to being shipped. 

Also comes with fender hardshell case in very good condition.
