Alvarez Delta 00E-TSB Parlor 2020s - Tobacco Sunburst

This guitar was refurbished by MIRC (which is why the serial number is reassigned). It is stamped "used" to prevent warranty claims. This guitar is overall in excellent condition. There are no major flaws of note.  Weight comes in at 4lbs 5oz.  This guitar is also acoustic/electric and has a LR Baggs pickups system with volume/tone control.
