Squier 40th Anniversary Gold Edition Stratocaster 2022 - Present - Sienna Sunburst

The Squier 40th Anniversary Gold Edition Stratocaster in Sienna Sunburst is a stunning electric guitar that celebrates four decades of Stratocaster excellence. This limited edition instrument combines classic Stratocaster styling with modern features and appointments. This guitar dates to July 2022 via fender serial lookup. 

The Sienna Sunburst finish is accented by a gold pickguard and hardware, giving the guitar a sophisticated and eye-catching appearance. Total weight is around 8 lbs 3oz.

The guitar features a comfortable "C" shaped maple neck with a satin finish, which provides a smooth and fast playing experience. The 21-fret indian laurel fingerboard has a 9.5" radius and narrow tall frets, making it easy to play both chords and leads. The white binding adds to an already great neck. 

The guitar is equipped with a trio of alnico single-coil pickups, which deliver the classic Stratocaster tone with plenty of clarity, warmth, and articulation. The pickups are controlled by a five-way switch, a master volume control, and two tone controls, giving you a wide range of tonal options to explore.

Other features of the Squier 40th Anniversary Gold Edition Stratocaster include a vintage-style synchronized tremolo bridge, vintage-style tuners, and a synthetic bone nut for enhanced sustain and resonance.

This guitar was refurbished by MIRC (which is why the serial number is reassigned).  It is stamped used on the back of the headstock (pictured) to prevent warranty claims. 

This guitar has no significant flaws of note. It is currently intonated, setup with 9's, has a conditioned fretobard and features smooth frets and fret ends. It comes with a tremolo arm, though its in an aftermarket chrome tremolo (not the original gold one).
