Conclusion:

This guitar is in overall excellent condition. It does have some slight surface scratches and some minor fretwear on frets 1 & 2 which knock it down from excellent to very condition in my assessment. It intonates and plays well and is currently setup with 10's. Overall weight comes in at around 6 lbs 10oz.
