Return Window

Used & Vintage Items - 7 Days

Used & Vintage items may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

New Items - 14 days

New items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Products can be returned (if we are notified in that that time window) and be dropped off in Northfield at 220 Division Street South, River Level.

Refund:

In the event the return items is shipped the customer is required to pay all return shipping charges, except in the instance of product damage that occurred during shipment (in which case you will be reimbursed after the item return is received). All returned products *must* contain the original contents of the shipment including packing materials, accessories, manuals and any other related documentation to be eligable for a full refund. A partial refund may be considered in some cases.
